Growing & Marketing Your Bequest Program: What Every Nonprofit Can Do!
Some of the conditions necessary for a successful Bequest program:
1. Your donors and the community believe in your organization.
2. They have been directly engaged and involved with your organization.
3. They know you need and will use their gift wisely.
4. Your organization has directly impacted their life or the life of a loved one.
5. They feel a part of the organization.
6. They respect your staff and volunteer leadership.
7. They wish to honor or memorialize a loved one through your organization.
If you can answer yes to the statements above, you have the basis to implement a successful bequest program.
This presentation will outline the necessary ingredients, support and framework you need to be successful. Where do you start first? What support do you need? What infrastructure is necessary? All these and many more questions will be answered at this informative discussion. |
